How to delete your account and data
Delete your account yourself
If you have a student account, you can permanently delete it and all of your data at any time:
- Log in to TickLearn.
- Go to Settings (your profile).
- Scroll to Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
This immediately and permanently removes your account, profile, learning progress, bookmarks and quiz results. It cannot be undone.
Accounts created with Facebook or Google
If you signed up using Facebook or Google, the steps above apply in exactly the same way — deleting your TickLearn account removes all data we hold, including the profile information received from the social provider.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access your account, or your account was created by your school, email us and we will delete your data within 30 days:
